1. Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Orvana Labs LLC, trading as Cineva. Support and written correspondence go to support@shopcineva.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Who can buy

• You must be 18 or over to place an order and to hold the payment method used.
• We sell to customers in the United Kingdom, for delivery to a UK address.
• The information you give at checkout must be accurate and yours to give.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch, and our confirmation email is a receipt of the offer, not the acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or listing error occurred, or where we cannot deliver to the address. In every such case you are refunded in full immediately.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price at the moment you order is the price you pay, including any promotion applied at checkout. If we ever make an obvious pricing mistake, we contact you with the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timings and what happens when packages go missing are set out in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You can get free advice about them from Citizens Advice.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

• If they are not, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• After 30 days, you can ask for a repair or a replacement.
• If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered.

We refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner.

7. The 60-day money-back guarantee and the 2-year guarantee

The 60-day money-back guarantee and the 2-year guarantee are given in addition to your statutory rights. They do not replace or reduce them.

How they work is set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Using the products

• Cineva projectors are for home use. Follow the printed manual supplied with each projector, including its safety and care instructions.
• Projectors are supplied with the plug for the country of sale. Do not use them with adapters or on a different supply.
• Picture size and brightness in your home depend on the room, the light, the wall and the distance from it, which is what the 60-day money-back guarantee is for.

9. Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review, photo or message you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish it alongside the name you supplied. We do not publish your email address. Ask us to remove your content at any time and we will.

10. Our content

Everything on the site, including text, images, graphics and the Cineva name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors. It may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

Talk to us first. Almost everything can be fixed with one email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order is the version that applies to that order.
