Privacy policy
The short version first: we collect what an order needs and nothing more, we do not sell your data, and you can have a copy or deletion of what we hold by sending one email.
1. What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We need these to deliver your order and to help you afterwards, including under the 2-year guarantee.
- Payment: handled entirely by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages: anything you write to us, kept so the next reply does not start from zero.
- Site usage: standard analytics about pages visited and how you found us, collected through the cookies described below.
2. What we use it for
- Fulfilling and delivering your order, and sending its confirmation and tracking emails.
- Answering your messages and running the 60-day money-back guarantee and the 2-year guarantee.
- Improving the site and, where the law requires it, meeting legal and accounting obligations.
- Marketing email only if you opted in. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.
3. Who we share it with
Only the companies it takes to run a store: Whop (our store and payment platform), the shipping carrier, our email provider, and analytics services. Each receives the minimum it needs to do its job, and none may use your data for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies for the cart, for remembering your preferences, and for measuring which pages and ads work. You can block cookies in your browser. The cart needs them; most other things work without them.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires and for the life of your guarantee. Support messages are kept while they remain useful for helping you. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted on the schedules of the services that collect it.
6. Your rights
Email support@shopcineva.com and within 30 days we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete what the law does not require us to keep, or stop any marketing at once. Your rights under UK GDPR apply in full, and we honour them wherever you write from.
7. Security
The site runs on secure hosting with encryption in transit throughout. Access to customer data inside Cineva is limited to the people who answer your messages.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we say so on this page. The date at the top always tells you when it last changed.
