What the stages mean
From our warehouse to your door
- Step 1
Shipped
Packed and handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is emailed at this point, and it can take a little while to go live.
- Step 2
On its way
Moving between sorting hubs. Updates arrive in bursts, so a quiet day in the middle is normal.
- Step 3
Out for delivery
Out with the driver, near you. It should reach you before the end of the day.
- Step 4
Delivered
Left with you, with someone next door, or in a safe spot, depending on the carrier’s rules for your address. Keep the box.
If it stalls, we follow it up, not you
If it goes quiet for more than a few days, tell us. We open the claim with the carrier ourselves. If the package is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement, or a full refund.
