Refund policy
Every Cineva projector comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered, and a 2-year guarantee. Use it at home for 60 nights, as often as you like. If it is not what you hoped, or it simply is not for you, we refund you in full.
Both are given in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. They never replace or reduce them.
How the 60-day money-back guarantee works

Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day your order is delivered. This right sits inside the 60 days and is handled in exactly the same way.
Tell us by email that you want to cancel, then send the projector back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price you paid within 14 days of getting it back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner.
Return postage
- If the projector is faulty or not as described, we pay the return postage and refund every penny.
- If you have changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We tell you the cost before you decide, and it is never more than the carrier charges us.
What we do not require
We do not require the projector to look unused. It is a guarantee for real use at home. We do not charge restocking fees. We do not issue store credit instead of money unless you ask for it.
A few conditions
- The 60 days start on the delivery date shown by the carrier, not the order date.
- Please keep the box and its inserts for the 60 days. A projector travels badly without them.
- Please send back everything that came in the box: the projector with its stand, the remote, the power lead and the manual.
- Please wait for our reply with instructions before posting anything back. Unannounced parcels are hard to match to an order, which only slows your refund down.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. If a card has expired, your bank routes the money to the replacement card automatically.
Faulty goods and the Consumer Rights Act 2015
The projector must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not:
- within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund;
- after 30 days, you can ask for a repair or a replacement;
- if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

The 2-year guarantee
Every Cineva projector is covered by a 2-year guarantee from delivery against faults in materials and workmanship in normal home use. It covers the projector, the light source, the fan, the board and the remote.
If it stops working, email a photo or a short video and your order number, and we repair it or replace it. If we need the unit back, we send the label and pay the postage.
Not covered: accidental damage such as drops or spilled drinks, water or weather damage, and commercial use.
Cineva 5-Year Protection, if you add it at checkout, extends this guarantee to five years on the same parts and the same terms. It covers faults, not accidental damage.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, that is not a return. It is ours to fix. Email a photo and your order number and we send a replacement the same working day or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to post anything back unless we ask.
